Refund Policy
We want you to be stoked with your purchase. If something is not right, reach out and we will make it right.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your stickers arrive damaged or you received the wrong order, contact us at support@stickcar.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund - your call.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate. Orders are considered lost after 3 weeks from dispatch (Australia) or 6 weeks (international). We will reship at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you need to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately at support@stickcar.co.
